The goal was to attract participants to webinars about Email Marketing and Chatbot Creation.

Target audience - Russian-speaking people abroad (outside of Russia), aged 20 to 40.

Geo - CIS and Europe.

Target audience segments:

  1. People who moved abroad
  2. Those interested in marketing, especially in creating chatbots
  3. Those interested in marketing, especially in email marketing
  4. Office workers
  5. Mothers with small children who mostly stay at home
  6. Students.

During this time, the ad campaign was regularly optimized. The main changes were:

  1. Testing different ad placement formats and landing pages (lead forms worked best).
  2. Searching and testing new audiences.
  3. Analyzing ad conversions and writing new ones, creating and testing creatives.
  4. Budget adjustments.
  5. Testing different geos, analyzing target audience and other changes.
