Circle is a real estate agency in Dubai. Helps with the purchase of real estate (for living and investment) and adaptation to the UAE (all bureaucratic processes - obtaining a residence permit, opening a bank account, selecting a school/kindergarten, repairs, etc.)

A distinctive feature in attracting users was not only the caring communication of the brand with the audience (since they work with each client literally “individually” and take into account all their requests), but also ambassador - the face of the brand, Dmitry Nagiyev (popular star in Russia)

Advertising ran from May 2023 to November 2023

It was necessary to attract applications for the purchase of real estate in Dubai and adaptation services. In July and August, we added a separate service - selection of schools and assistance in enrolling in schools

The target audience:

  1. Russian/English speaking people who want to buy property abroad
  2. Russian/English speaking people who want to buy property in Dubai
  3. Russian/English speaking people who want to get a residence permit/Citizenship of another country
  4. Expats
  5. Russian/English speaking people who are interested in investing
  6. Retarget

Advertising channels: Meta (main), Google Ads, Yandex.Direct (The biggest Search Engine in Eastern Europe), YouTube

During the test period (May), contextual advertising channels (Google Ads, Yandex.Direct, YouTube) were tested. In June, we added targeted advertising - Meta.

Taking into account the client’s budget, wishes for the quality and quantity of qualified leads and the results obtained after the test period, we determined that the main lead generation channel would be lead forms on Facebook. They were the ones who consistently showed good results (CPL $34.55)

During the work, the AC was regularly optimized. Main changes:

  1. Searching and testing new audiences
  2. Testing various placement formats and landing pages
